I4E review all submitted projects, arrange and approve audit of projects regarding PPA, release agreement, agreement with the grid.

I4E sign a contract with the energy developer to include the interest rate; payment schedule; repayment, collateral; breech of contract as well as force majeure. This list is not exhausted. A smart contract will be sent to the energy developer.
The energy developer will purchase the necessary equipment and install the system.
For solar electricity will be generated immediately and the payment could be paid to the energy developer on the first payment date per agreed PPA.

The energy developers will pay I4E per the agreement, monthly in most cases. I4E will pay the lenders as agreed on the individual contract, however minimum 12 months stacking is required on first repayment.
